Kadugannawa Railway Maintenance to Cause Road Closure
The Sri Lanka Railways Department has announced that the primary road, positioned at mile marker 64, between Kadugannawa and Pilimatalawa railway stations on the main railway line, will be entirely closed from 10.00 am tomorrow (15) until 6.00 am the following day (16) to conduct emergency maintenance work.
The announcement further mentions that alternate routes should be utilized to prevent any traffic congestion that might arise during this timeframe.
The Sri Lanka Railways Department announced the complete closure of the main road near mile marker 64, between Kadugannawa and Pilimatalawa railway stations, for emergency maintenance. The closure will occur from 10:00 am on the 15th to 6:00 am on the 16th. Travelers are advised to use alternative routes during this time to prevent traffic congestion.
