Defense Ministry Provides Support to War Veterans and Families during Public Day
The Ministry of Defence held its Public Day event at the Ministry premises, under the leadership of Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd.) on January 10, demonstrating its dedication to the well-being of war veterans and the families of fallen heroes. This initiative, in line with the directives of H.E. the President and Hon. Deputy Minister of Defence, offered vital assistance to retired, disabled veterans, and the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
