Jinnah Scholarships to 131 Sri Lankan Students

The Pakistan Excessive Worth, Colombo organized the Jinnah Scholarship ceremony, at Bandaranaike Memorial Worldwide Convention Corridor (BMICH), to award scholarships to vibrant and deserving A-Diploma school school school school college students of Sri Lanka. 

These scholarships have been awarded by the Authorities of Pakistan to Sri Lankan school school school school college students of A Diploma since 2006. 

To this point, bigger than 2400 Sri Lankan school school school school college students have benefitted from this program, named after Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the revered founding father of Pakistan.

Vidura Wickramanayaka, Minister for Buddhasasana, Non secular & Cultural Affairs, Sri Lanka graced the event as Chief Purchaser and truly appreciated the gracious gesture from the dad and mom and Authorities of Pakistan. 

He added that such efforts could also be very fruitful in strengthening bilateral relations between the 2 good worldwide areas. 

He further added that the youth is our future and thru such scholarship options, we strengthen our future generations.

In his remarks, Elementary Elementary (Retd) Umar Farooq Burki HI (M) emphasised upon the significance of the connection that each the worldwide areas benefit from and the truth that Pakistan objectives at strengthening these sturdy ties manifolds. 

He added that the Jinnah Scholarship is a testomony to the sturdy bond between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and it reveals our dedication to enhancing the capabilities of youth with greater instructional alternate choices.

He furthermore educated the viewers that Authorities of Pakistan has been awarding the Jinnah Scholarship for vibrant Sri Lankan school school school school college students since 2006. 

Elementary Elementary (Retd) Umar Farooq Burki HI (M) talked about that the scholars who licensed for this prestigious scholarship purchased right correct proper right here from all provinces of the island.
