Ship “KRI SULTAN ISKANDAR MUDA-367” leaves the island – Indonesian Navy.
The Indonesian Naval Ship ‘KRI SULTAN ISKANDAR MUDA-367’ which arrived in Sri Lanka on 28th December 2024, departed the island yesterday (30th December), on successful completion of its formal visit. The Sri Lanka Navy bade customary farewell to the departing ship at the Colombo port, following naval traditions.
Meanwhile, the Commanding Officer of the ship, Commander ANUGERAH ANNURULLAH called on the Commander Western Naval Area and Commandant Volunteer Naval Force, Rear Admiral Chinthaka Kumarasinghe at the Western Naval Command Headquarters and Director General Operations, Rear Admiral Buddhika Liyanagamage at the Navy Headquarters yesterday.
During their stay in Sri Lanka, the crew members of ‘KRI SULTAN ISKANDAR MUDA-367’ visited some popular tourist destinations in the island.
The Indonesian Naval Ship ‘KRI SULTAN ISKANDAR MUDA-367’ completed a successful formal visit to Sri Lanka, departing on 30th December after arriving on 28th December 2024. The Sri Lanka Navy bid farewell to the ship at Colombo port. The Commanding Officer of the ship, Commander ANUGERAH ANNURULLAH, met with naval officials during the visit. The crew members also had the opportunity to visit popular tourist destinations in Sri Lanka. The visit followed naval traditions and strengthened ties between the Indonesian and Sri Lankan navies.
