Vavuniya Immigration Department’s Regional Office relocates to a new facility
The Regional Office of the Department of Immigration and Emigration currently located at No. JC 23, Outer Circle Road, Vavuniya is set to be moved to a new building in front of Gamini Vidyalaya, Mannar Road, Vavuniya on Friday, the 16th of August 2024.
As a result, the services provided by the Regional Office at No. JC 23, Outer Circle Road, Vavuniya will cease on Friday, the 02nd of August 2024.
Therefore, the public is advised that there will be no services available at the Regional Office in Vavuniya from the 03rd of August 2024 to the 15th of August 2024, and services will resume at the new location starting from the 16th of August 2024.
The Regional Office of the Department of Immigration and Emigration in Vavuniya is scheduled to move to a new location in front of Gamini Vidyalaya, Mannar Road, Vavuniya on August 16th, 2024. The current office at No. JC 23, Outer Circle Road will conclude its services on August 2nd, 2024. Public services will not be available from August 3rd to August 15th, 2024 during the transition. Services will resume at the new location on August 16th, 2024. Members of the public are advised to take note of the change in location and dates for the interruption in services.
