Water supply suspended in multiple areas
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board would like to notify that there will be a suspension of water supply to the following areas for a duration of 12 hours from 06.00 PM on 16.01.2025 to 06.00 AM on 17.01.2025. This interruption is necessary for essential maintenance work on the primary water pipeline that serves Colombo.
Areas affected: – Colombo 12, 13, 14, and 15
The Board apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the temporary disruption in water supply and urges residents to make necessary arrangements to store an adequate amount of water in advance.
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board will suspend water supply to Colombo areas 12, 13, 14, and 15 from 06.00 PM on 16.01.2025 to 06.00 AM on 17.01.2025 for maintenance work on the main water pipeline.
